A Rental Reservation is required if one or more of the following apply. In the absence of these conditions, park facilities can be used at no cost, but availability is not guaranteed without a rental reservation.
- you plan to use a DJ or have amplified music
- you plan to use temporary inflatable structures (bounce houses, etc.)
- you require electrical power
- your event is with 25 people or more
A Special Event Permit is required for events with 75 people or more. Special Event Permits are obtained through the Community and Economic Development Department.
How reserving works
- Complete an application below.
- Pay the fee once park facility availability is confirmed by HPC. A link to pay will be issued via email.
- A permit will be issued via email. Have it available to present upon request, printed or on a phone.

| Sarah Garrett Park | Pavilion only | $75 for up to 3 hours, $10 for each additional hour |
| Veterans Park | Pavilion (north or south) | $75 per pavilion for up to 3 hours, $10 for each additional hour |
| Veterans Park | Pavilions (both) | $150 for both pavilions for up to 3 hours, $10 for each additional hour |
| Veterans Park | Parking Lot (west or east) | $300 per parking lot for up to full day |
| Veterans Park | Tennis, Volleyball or Futsal Court, Soccer Arena | $20 per court per hour |
