I am volunteering of my own free will. I understand that park work can involve risks such as uneven ground, tools, and weather. I agree to follow instructions from the HPC team, and to tell them if I cannot safely do a task.
To the extent the law allows, I release Hamtramck Parks Conservancy, the City of Hamtramck, and Hamtramck Public Schools from claims for injury or loss from my volunteering, except those caused by gross negligence. I allow HPC to contact me about volunteering.
