All applicants and their guests are required to comply with all City ordinances and park rules during the duration of their rental.
- Alcoholic beverages, illegal substances, vaping, tobacco products, and smoking of any kind are prohibited.
- Parking in designated areas only.
- Pets are prohibited.
Reservation policies
- Cancellations: all rentals are non-refundable. A cancellation of a reservation will result in the forfeiture of the entire reservation fee.
- Weather: if it is determined that weather conditions will not permit the use of the site, your reservation may be postponed to any future date not already reserved within the current calendar year. Decisions regarding rescheduling are made at the sole discretion of HPC.
- Sanitation: the applicant must collect and remove all trash, debris and recycling accumulated during the event. If the event is expected to produce large amounts of trash, the renter may request collection services from the City for a fee. Failure to remove trash may result in city fines and loss of future rental privileges.
